Why?
I don't like to leave articles and comments at the middle because there is a link in the middle of it. (I know middle click opens in new tab and right click context menu can do that too but that isn't user friendly on dA side)
How?
A)
User clicks on [link]
Outgoing Link warning page opens _self.
When user clicks on the real outgoing link it opens in new tab/window and the original page goes back where it come.
B)
User clicks on [link]
GUI blocker pops up (like at llama giving, group list on profile page etc.)
After user clicks on outgoing link it opens in new wi
Suggestion: Welcome to DeviantARTIntroduction: Something that I feel has been lacking on dA is an official welcome message for new deviants. There are several visual suggestions for helping new deviants find their way around, but sometimes just a few links in an email will do the trick. Below is one proposed version for how this email could be worded. I suggest it be sent to every new account, regardless of whether the user's email is already in use on another account.

#deviantART-Related - an unofficial group that is about the entire dA related gallery. Updates, news, and of course submissions of all types dA related #dARelated is the official chatroom for the gallery. Here, official and unofficial chat events and games take place, and outside of those you can often find people in there too for a general chat. If you want to learn CSS to create journal skins, ~eCSSercise is a great space to learn!
